Fine Art Shop & Prints
Welcome to my online store. By browsing and purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms of service.
1. Art Prints & Posters (Made to Order)
All fine art Giclée prints and boutique posters are printed on-demand to ensure museum grade quality.
All boutique posters are printed on-demand on lightweight 180gsm paper stock.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your prints to be professionally crafted before they are packaged and shipped.
2. Product Care & Liability (Unpacking Warnings)
The customer is responsible for the correct handling and opening of the product once it is received. I cannot offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for mishandled products (for example: dirty fingerprints, creasing, or tearing of prints when opening the parcel).
Please be extremely cautious when unrolling an artwork print from a mailing tube. To ensure no damage is done, carefully remove the print from the tube and let gravity naturally do the work of flattening it out.
DO NOT roll the print back on itself, and be very careful handling the surface, as natural oils from fingerprints can leave permanent marks on the archival paper.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Customer Addresses (Australia Only)
I offer Free Standard Shipping across Australia for all print and poster orders.
All print orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking and full insurance covering the total cost of your order [shopping].
Packaging Methods: A3 art prints are shipped flat in a premium rigid mailer. A2 art prints and boutique posters are shipped rolled safely inside a rigid mailing tube.
Customer Shipping Addresses: The seller is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please check your details carefully at checkout, as I am unable to change the delivery address once the order has been officially shipped.
Art Courier for Large Canvases: Large original artworks (specified in their product description) cannot go via standard post and require shipping by a specialized art courier to ensure their safe arrival. I work with a few different art couriers and the shipping price is calculated at checkout based on the artwork size and your location.
4. Complimentary Local Pickup (Berwick, VIC)
Local pickup and private, in-person viewing appointments are available for original statement canvases and original paper artwork strictly by arrangement in Berwick, Victoria .
If you select Local Pickup at checkout, I will contact you directly via email to coordinate a private, secure time for collection.
Note: Local pickup is not available for the on-demand print range, which is shipped directly to your door.
5. Returns, Faults & Incorrect Items
Original Paintings: All sales of original canvases and original paper artwork are final. I want you to love your investment, so please request extra photos or a private viewing if you are unsure before purchasing.
Prints & Posters: Because all prints and boutique posters are custom printed on-demand, I cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
Incorrect or Faulty Items: Return shipment postage will only be paid by the seller if the product is faulty, damaged strictly due to transit, or not covered under the Australian Consumer Guarantee.
If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please return it to me in its original condition for either a refund or exchange.

Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged in transit, please take clear photos of the packaging and the artwork immediately and email me at joanne@joannedixon.com.au within 48 hours of delivery so I can organise a replacement for you.
Refund Processing Timeline: You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return to inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please email joanne@joannedixon.com.au.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, and content on this website are the sole intellectual property of the artist Joanne Dixon. The purchase of a physical print or original canvas does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. The purchase of any item does not grant the customer permission to create an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise. Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images on social media of the items purchased are permitted.

Thank you for choosing my practice for your healing journey. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Professional Disclaimer & Health
Reiki is a gentle, natural, energetic modality designed to support overall relaxation and stress reduction.
Reiki is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your GP or healthcare provider regarding any physical or psychological medical conditions. I do not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with clinical treatment plans.
2. Mobile Reiki Healing (In-Person Sessions)
Travel Boundaries: Mobile services are strictly limited to the following suburbs within Melbourne's South-East: Beaconsfield, Berwick, Officer, Narre Warren and Hallam.
Please note that I do not travel outside of these specified areas. If you reside outside these suburbs, you are warmly invited to book a Distance Reiki Healing (Remote) session instead.
Home Environment: To ensure a deep and safe healing session, please provide a quiet, private, smoke-free space with enough room for me to comfortably set up a professional massage table.
Pet & Safety Policy: For the safety of the practitioner and the preservation of professional equipment, please ensure all pets are safely secured in a separate room during setup, treatment, and pack up.
3. Distance Reiki Healing (Remote Sessions)
Connection Requirements: Remote sessions are conducted via phone or an online video link. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have a stable internet connection or phone reception at the time of the booking.
Client Space: For your own comfort and to get the most out of your session, please arrange a comfortable, uninterrupted space where you can lie down or sit quietly for the duration of the energetic treatment.
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Lateness
24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hour’s notice via text or email.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hour’s notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee to respect the travel planning and time block allocated to your session.
Lateness: If you are late for a mobile or distance session, your treatment will still end at the scheduled time to ensure my subsequent clients are not delayed. No partial refunds or extensions are given for late arrivals.
5. Payment Policy
Distance Reiki Healing (Remote): Full payment is strictly required upfront at the time of booking. Once your session time is confirmed, I will send you a secure link to complete your payment online. Your booking is not secured until full payment is received.
Mobile Reiki Healing (In-Person): Payment for in-person home visits can be made on the day of your session. I accept both cash and all major credit/debit cards via a secure Square card reader.
6. Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Service
I hold a strictly sacred, safe, and professional healing space.
Any form of inappropriate behaviour, verbal harassment, or physical aggression will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund, and a permanent ban from future bookings.
